  • Bill Durham, a MacArthur Fellow, is professor of anthropology, biology and ecology at Stanford UniversityCarter Hunt, Ph.D., is professor of Ecotourism at Pennsylvania State University

  • Dan Wessner, also a MacArthur Fellow, is on the faculty of Future University

  • Mike Koziol earned his Ph.D. from Oxford, and is the founding Dean of the College of Agriculture, Food and Nutrition at the Universidad San Francisco de Quito.

  • Giuseppe Marzano, with a Ph.D. in Tourism from Queensland University, is Dean of the School of Business at the USFQ

  • Lenin Pareño is the Comunidad Andina de Fomento´s chief economist.  He teaches economics at the Universidad Catolica de Quito

  • Kelly Swing, Ph.D., is founder of the Tiputini Biodiversity Station in the heart of the Amazon (Yasuni), designated by National Geographic as one of the most extraordinary destinations on planet earth.  A professor at the USFQ, Kelly has the distinction of being published in both Science and Nature in the same month.
